Britt Sikiric is a New Jersey–based painter and muralist who earned a BFA in Fine Arts, with a concentration in painting, from the School of Visual Arts in New York City.

Since graduating from the School of Visual Arts, Britt has taken on murals, fine art commissions, visual merchandising, and set design. Her work spans both public spaces and studio pieces, guided by an interest in color, process, and accessibility.
She currently teaches art at a special needs school, where the curriculum focuses on choice, experimentation and individual expression. Alongside teaching, Sikiric continues to paint murals and accept commissions, maintaining a practice that connects the classroom to the community.

“I’m an expressive painter working from intuition and feeling.

My process begins with a single spark – a color, movement, or moment of energy – and unfolds subconsciously from there. I don’t plan; I respond. Each piece is a direct translation of impulse onto canvas.

My work resists repetition and traditional series, but it’s unified by its energy. Restless and intuitive, my paintings are visual records of emotion in motion, each one an extension of my personality and a pursuit of congruous energy across the whole body of work.”
